Every sign is made to order in the USA and ships free within the United States. Production takes 3–5 business days; most orders arrive about a week after purchase.
Returns & reprints
If your sign arrives with a print defect, damage, or an error we made, we reprint and reship it free — full stop. Contact us within 30 days with a photo. Because every sign is personalized and made to order, items that are printed correctly as ordered are final sale — please double-check the spelling of your horse's name before ordering. If we made the mistake, it's always on us.
